Exception Recovery

You may want to continue processing after an exception has been sent. Recovering from an error can be a useful application tool that allows you to deliver applications that tolerate errors. For ILE and OPM programs, the system has defined the concept of a resume point. The resume point is initially set to an instruction immediately following the occurrence of the exception. After handling an exception, you may continue processing at a resume point. For more information on how to use and modify a resume point, refer to Exception and Condition Management.
